How Can Companies Show Customer Appreciation?

Today I’m here to talk about… you! That’s right, today is all about you guys. Don’t you feel special? I’m talking about customer appreciation. What some companies do for their dear customers that make them feel extraordinary. There are five things that not only I enjoy, but I’m guessing you all do as well.

First is freebies. Who doesn’t like freebies? It’s free! You know that moment when you go to pay and they throw in a little free something? That’s the best feeling ever! Or the classic ‘Buy 1 Get 1 Free.’  It’s always a nice surprise!

Second, is private events. Opening your business to your best customers, and them alone. This is a great way to show your customers that you appreciate their loyalty. It’s also a great way to connect with them.

GIVEAWAYS! Who doesn’t love those! Kimchi Socks actually just finished their giveaway! Congrats to Santi for winning! Giveaways always excite customers!

Birthday specials. I think we all can agree that this is everyone’s favorite. Whether it’s at a clothing store or restaurant, it’s a great perk on your birthday and makes you feel extra special for your big day!

Lastly, Customer Feedback. This is one way that connects the company with their customers. Every company should pay attention to what their customers are saying. Taking in their feedback is a great way to show that you do listen.
